Google Contacts is now an integration, not a one-time import
Previously, Google Contacts in Intriq worked as a one-time connection and import. You connected your account, pulled in your contacts, and that dataset became your starting point.
Because the first import takes time, OAuth may disconnect and imports could fail silently. Google Contacts is no longer treated as a one-off import. It is now an ongoing integration.
Once you connect Google, Intriq continuously syncs your contacts using periodic polling. When you add or update contacts on your phone, those changes are picked up automatically. New contacts are flagged inside the Intriq workspace so you know when something has changed and can decide whether to update or map them.
There is no additional setup required beyond the initial connection.
This update makes sure Intriq stays in sync with how relationships are actually created and maintained, rather than relying on manual re-imports or periodic clean-ups.
Landing page updated for faster understanding
Explaining what Intriq works in person, but web visitors do not have that context.
The landing page now includes clearer use cases and examples so different teams can see how Intriq fits into their workflows. There are more screenshots and animations to show how the product works in practice, rather than relying on abstract descriptions. The goal is to reduce confusion and help people quickly decide whether Intriq is relevant to them.
If you are already using Intriq, there is nothing you need to do beyond ensuring your Google account is connected. If you are new, the updated landing page should give you a clearer picture of what Intriq is trying to do and whether it fits your needs.
